  20John Harkes | 1987-2000 | 90 caps

  Before his retirement in 2000, Harkes racked up 90 appearances for the U.S. national team and was a part of the 1988 Olympics, the 1990 World Cup and the 1994 World Cup.

  19Brian McBride | 1993-2006 | 95 caps

  The former Columbus Crew and Fulham forward called a day on his career in 2006 following his third World Cup for the U.S. national team. McBride scored 30 goals for his country during his international service and was later inducted into the Soccer Hall of Fame in 2014.
